Mission Statement
The mission of Carleton-Willard At Home is to bring the excellence and experience of Carleton-Willard Village to seniors age 65 or older in the local communities by providing trustworthy and reliable services and programs that will enhance wellness, social well being, and long-term living within their own homes and community.
Affiliations
We are affiliated with several state and national organizations that promote the well-being of older Americans and that support not-for-profit organizations offering resources and services to those individuals.
NCOA
The National Council on Aging is a non-profit service and advocacy organization with a mission to improve the lives of older Americans. NCOA is a national voice for older adults and the community organizations that serve them; it brings together non-profit organizations, businesses and government to develop creative solutions that improve the lives of all older adults; and it works with thousands of organizations across the country to help seniors live independently, finds jobs and benefits, improve their health and remain active in their communities.
LeadingAge Massachusetts
LeadingAge Massachusetts is a statewide association representing the full continuum of not-for-profit providers of aging services including nursing facilities, residential care communities, assisted living facilities, housing providers, continuing care retirement communities and community based service providers. Sponsored by religious, fraternal and other not-for-profit groups, MassAging members serve more than 25,000 older persons and employ more than 17,000 people.

LeadingAge is a national organization representing not-for-profit organizations dedicated to providing quality health care, housing, and services to the elderly.
